Clayton provided the cementitious fireproofing of the high rise structure, known as One Convention Place. The structure is cantilevered over the existing Convention Center by approximately 25 feet. The $850,000 contract for cementitious fireproofing of this new facility included 308,000 SF of offices and 50,000 SF of convention center.
