The requirements and guidelines for the establishment and execution of quality assurance programs during siting, design, construction, operation and decommissioning of nuclear facilities are prescribed in 10 CFR 50 Appendix B. Clayton National is the only fireproofing contractor in the United States with operational 10 CFR 50 Appendix B and DOE O 414.1C programs. THESE PROGRAMS ARE OPERATIONAL AND HAVE BEEN AUDITED AND EFFECTIVELY IMPLEMENTED ON CLAYTON NATIONAL CONTRACTED NUCLEAR PROJECTS.
This designation reflects industry experience and the ability to provide the quality assurance requirements necessary to achieve safe, reliable, efficient utilization of nuclear energy, and management and processing of radioactive materials.
