Clayton National competitively bid Block A and negotiated the balance of the work
for a combined contract of $38 million. The fireproofing was performed with multiple
pumping locations and crews within various project structures simultaneously.
Clayton National provided the cementitious and intumescent fireproofing for the entire project.
Although the project was done during one of the highest labor demands,
Clayton National drew from its national labor force to man the job and drove the schedule.
